They're beautiful so I'm keeping them, but if one of them breaks again I'll update and put it all back together. I don't really know if they are real because I'm not an expert. As for the price, I did a little maintenance research which explains many of the reviews about split and cracked blocks. I bought mineral oil and gave them two coats on arrival; massaged them with cloths from a flour sack and applied another layer after 24 hours. They came splintery and dry so I'm glad I did because they are smooth and nice now. I will update my review once I use it. I would recommend that there are three boards for the price of one and the design is kitchen functional.
