First off, this fan looks great! Now for the unloved. The fan mount is specifically designed for ceiling mounting outside of the United States. The bracket will not fit a standard 4 inch ceiling fan. So we had to adjust the mount to make it fit. A 20-minute ceiling fan installation becomes an installation hour. The Bluetooth app and speaker are rubbish. The speaker is semi-assembled @$$ in a plastic mold so it rattles at medium volume. I wish there was an option to buy a fan with no speakers, but there is still the option to keep the color changing lights.
