The spikes were too big so I had to exchange them for a smaller size. I was surprised to learn that there is a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. I'm sure I missed the mark by reading this policy before purchasing, but in all the time I've had to order, exchange, or return items, I've never encountered this. What a pity! The boots are great - only the return/exchange policy was a negative surprise!
