I like that it has multiple modules for different industries so you can tailor fit what works best in each area. It's easy enough for small companies but also powerful enough for large ones as well. The customer support could use some improvement. They are very good at answering questions when they have time but not always right away which leaves us without an answer or no option other than contacting them again later if we don't get one within 24 hours after our initial inquiry/request was sent out. Try this product - its worth every penny! We were able to take over all of our accounting functions from another system (Quickbooks) and then add additional functionality by adding their Maintenance module into QuickBooks.
