I like that it has multiple modules for different industries so you can tailor fit what works best in each area. It's easy enough for small companies but also powerful enough for large ones as well. This system can be used for everything from accounting, invoicing, purchasing, scheduling, etc. It has an interface similar to most other platforms like Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP which gives a familiar feel when it comes time to use this program.
