It's very easy for an apprentice or someone who has little knowledge in this domain to use it without any issues. The support team always ready to help you when required which makes life easier as compared to other products available out there. I would say nothing much about the product but i do like its user interface that looks simple yet powerful enough to handle all my needs related to aviation industry. If you are looking at something good then go ahead because they have been doing great job so far by providing best services within given time frame. We were using some old system where we used to manually track our work orders from one place to another before switching over to trax maintenace platform.
