This system can be used for everything from accounting, invoicing, purchasing, scheduling, etc. It has an interface similar to most other platforms like Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP which gives a familiar feel when it comes time to use this program. I have not found anything that could be improved at this point though. There are many benefits you will get out of using Tranx Maintenance including accuracy in tracking work orders with resources and tasks being completed correctly as well as providing accurate quotes with correct pricing information. You also benefit from having access to all of your accounts within one place instead of logging into multiple different systems to look up financials, bills, purchase order numbers, etc.
