Review on 📞 Enhanced Uniden DXAI5588-2 5.8 GHz Analog Cordless Phone Set with Dual Handsets in Silver and Black by Jacob Leon

My wife bought me this cordless phone for Christmas. Since I got it up and running more than two months ago, I haven't had anything that compares to quality phone service. None of the three phones work within ten feet of the base station. All phones have a static and constant buzzing tone no matter where they are in relation to the base station. I've followed every step of the troubleshooting user guide to no avail. My calls to Uniden customer service lasted over 15 minutes before I got through to a representative. The bottom line was that the last support rep I spoke to told me that the Uniden phone I was using was a quality product, but the frequency "just doesn't work in your environment". I live well in the country and don't know of anything that would interfere with a cordless phone a few miles from my home. The Radio Shack cordless phone I bought five years ago also works great in my home. I lost my purchase price, but Uniden lost a customer.
