Just received and the box was hit during shipping. The product was not included in the transport packaging. Delivery in a carton is optional after further consideration. I recommend considering this option. The product is pretty good, usability, sound, bluetooth is fine. The buttons are easily accessible and I have no problem charging my iPhone 11 through the case. I plugged my Fitbit charger into the USB port and it charges just fine. I was only receiving three FM stations until I unplugged the three-foot-thick bollard wire. Make sure to insert two AAA batteries to save your settings in case of a power outage. My only minor complaint is that the darkest setting is still a bit bright for my liking. In most cases not. For this reason I give four stars.
