Easy to assemble. When filling the base. I used play sand, it took about 45 pounds only after that it didn't take more. I'm 5'9 tall and about 183 pounds when punching the bag, I almost knocked down with one strong punch. So I can say it's not a bag to unload your maximum strength. I would say it's more like intermediate and for practicing coordination and speed. Overall for the price it is good . .
