Review on Evautolution Premium Car Snow Cover by Michael Nastanovich

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not worth the money

I'm not good at writing reviews because I think it's stupid to write an opinion when there are already many of them. But I'm disappointed enough with this snow cover to ignore this rule. I give it two stars because it worked very well for the first 3 weeks I had it. Then, after spending the night on the windshield in extreme cold, the lining on the inside of the cover (the part that faces your windshield) showed significant tears and holes. As a result, snow and/or rain seeped through the cracks and still froze on the windshield. The snowpack sang its death knell today as the holes let in too much freezing rain last night and the coating ended up sticking to my glass. windshield. I had to spend way too much time scraping little black plastic bits off my windshield (photo attached) and I regret buying this unit as it didn't last more than 2 months. ADVANTAGES: - Works great for the first month. either way - In-door closing flaps ensure the lid stays in place even on the windiest of days. CONS: - After the first month the product spoils quickly, becomes unusable quickly - The size of the lid makes it quite a pain to close securely, as some cars require you to fold the edges into the door to get it tight still having to clear the snow cover , so you are actually just saving time to clear the ice. windshield wipers work. This cover saves you no time when it comes to snow as you still have to clear the snow from the cover so the time saved for clearing ice is negligible.
