The main benefits are to be able track your customers all in one account with different profiles that you can assign them when booking flights or hotels etc..it's also easy as pie! They have made it so much easier by creating an app called myTravel which allows me access of everything I need via this application without having the PC open at least once every day during business hours!! Now we don't even bother logging out anymore because its seamless throughout our system allowing us time not spent logged into accounts but actually using what needs doing rather than just sitting around staring through screens waiting. We love how they keep updating their products adding more features each year making life simpler & faster working together.
