While this collar looks and feels good, it has one major flaw. The buckle pin is too short, if the dog pulls it at the slightest angle, the pin will slip and the collar will fall off. I had a minor version of it that had a bug, but not as severe as the latest one. This shows me that this is not an isolated case. This may be acceptable for small or tiny dogs as they cannot pull enough to open it. However, any dog over 30 pounds can avoid this collar. Simply put, this puts dog owners in a dangerous situation where they could lose control of their dog. I would suggest avoiding it until they post that they lengthened the pin. The only positive is the look and quality of the leather. I have included photos showing the pin moving to the down position which loosens the buckle and allows the collar to fall off.
