Finally found a replacement!
These are heavy gauge wire cutters made with tougher steel than regular Klein blue handle cutters. Those are the ones with terracotta/brown-red handles. They're hard to find in the Washington to Baltimore area and I've been meaning to buy a pair at the power house but haven't seen them for a while. So I was very happy to see that they were the ones I was looking for. They are intended to be a harder gauge steel or hardened and are the best pliers for metal jacketed cables. Unfortunately, the last pair of legs grew and somehow left π π but now I have replacements. Excellent purchase!
