These are heavy gauge wire cutters made with tougher steel than regular Klein blue handle cutters. Those are the ones with terracotta/brown-red handles. They're hard to find in the Washington to Baltimore area and I've been meaning to buy a pair at the power house but haven't seen them for a while.
