I like that it has many features for marketing, customer service & lead management with reporting capabilities as well! We love how customizable this platform allows us to be so each department can use their own fields/questions (which makes everything accurate).

There are some things we'd still prefer having in another format but other than those few minor issues there's not much dislike about our experience using BizInnet. This system really helps keep all departments running smoothly together instead of doing individual reports.
