Took the sensor into my house overnight to warm it up and then tested it the next day - same reading as at low temperatures. The gauge is very easy to read. Also, don't forget to disassemble and clean the tire pressure sensors from time to time. Dirt and rubber particles (inside the tires) get into the sensors and affect accuracy.
