Review on TruBid by Greg Anderson

I like how easy it was to use, in particular their mobile app which made our job so much easier! There are lots of features but not everything we wanted or needed has been implemented yet - some things were missing from initial release (e.g. ability to add images). The fact they have moved away from an internal software product means there's now less chance of lockin if you don't work with them directly again as customers. They're also open sourcing many parts of this project which gives me hope about future development/upgrades. We used Trubid solely during the first round of contracting out health IT services to reduce costs by up to 20%. Our biggest challenge when using trubide was getting people at different organisations working together seamlessly across departments without being locked into any one supplier.
