It contains enough 24 grams of protein, only 1 gram of fat (0.5 g saturated fat), 4 grams of carbohydrates (total 2 grams of sugar). It has the expected amino acid profile for a whey protein product. However, the vanilla flavor is a bit mediocre. I'd rather not drink it with water, almond milk helps a bit. I think it's best used as a smoothie ingredient where other flavors dominate. Fortunately, there are three outstanding certifications/badges on the product label: Designed in the USA, Made in an FDA Registered Facility, and GMP: Derived from a GMP Certified. Means. All three are excellent certifications, and FDA and GMP aspects give confidence in the integrity and processing of the ingredients. These badges/certificates mark points that are important to me.
