Review on Panther Industrial Double Drill Pack by Darion Wooten
Cuts hardened steel about as well as you would expect.
Looks like Cobalt and cut about 10 holes before dying (like all brands). Makes good starting points for larger bits that can be used to expand without killing them as quickly. Does the job, happy with the purchase.
