Review on CIS Configurator by Dustin Gabrielle

I like everything about this software except lack of features in some categories (mainly sales force automation). The team at cisco are very helpful with any queries you may have so far they were fantastic! They also provide great support via email or phone which makes it easy when getting stuck anywhere along your way as an agent/sales manager etc. It's not worth using if there isn't anything available within what we need from our quotes such as price breakdown options including different products across multiple sites - otherwise all ok but nothing outstandingly brilliant here either apart form ease of use / learning curve initially.
