However, after reporting my concerns, the company gave me a full refund so they have the integrity to support their product --- Initial Review Below: ------------------ -------- Immediately after I bought two of these in March, I had to garage my bikes until this month due to living conditions. Well, I haven't used any of the lids until this week. One is still in the original packaging. The other one is now in tatters in the back of my truck. I should have seen the red flags from the start. Just open the package and put the cover on the bike and one of the lock's metal rings broke. Then as my bike was a bit smaller I tried to secure the back of the cover with the plastic clips provided and a little tug ripped one side off and when I looked at the other side it was barely hanging by a thread - straight. out of the box, untouched. Signs of poor quality control. Luckily the wheel clips were fine, so I decided to use them despite the red flags. I covered my bike, put it on the trailer, and the wind on the ride completely ripped this cheap flimsy cover to shreds. The upper part (black) is torn off from the lower part (grey). I had to pull over on the interstate, rip off the few remaining threads that held it together, and toss the tattered remains back in my truck so they wouldn't cross the freeway. The bottom section was still securely attached to my wheels but it was no longer useful so I removed that as well. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
