These shoes exceeded my expectations. I use it on different days when I can't go outside because of bad weather. Setup was easy. I didn't know you could adjust the height of the A-pillar with bolts. The resistance levels let you pedal light, medium or hard and will definitely make you sweat and burn calories. Just a personal preference, I use a small step stool to get on and off the bike. I live in an apartment so I added an extra rubber cover to absorb vibration noise that might bother my downstairs neighbor.
