Review on Enhanced Home Theater Surround Sound System: Sonos 3.1 Entertainment Set with Playbase, Sub, and Alexa Compatibility (White) by Daniel Drury

I purchased this item about two years ago and it was working great until last week! Great sound, easy integration with other electronics, and stylish design. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use my Playbase for three days. It seems that one of the software updates keeps throwing an error in Playbase and won't load. To make matters worse, I had no idea which of my Sonos devices was the culprit (I have 6 speakers around the house) and had to unplug each one (one at a time) and manually test to find out which one problem caused . After hours of testing and re-testing, I chose Playbase as the reason. I followed the steps to manually connect the Playbase to my router using an Ethernet cable while unplugging all the other speakers. It did not work. I have decided to factory reset the Playbase. It did not work. Finally I contacted support. Still waiting for an answer. All on top of the hassle of re-linking my music library (which disappeared after other speakers downloaded the update) to my Sonos app! Did anything happen to Sonos after the IPO? I didn't expect that from this premium brand! Update: Sonos support couldn't help. They advised me to continue troubleshooting to see if I could fix the problem myself. Not the kind of support I expected.
