2004 Dodge Durango 4.7 V8, 126k miles, Had the notorious noisy lifters and added this product with high mileage synthetic oil after reading tons of positive reviews . Added this and still was having intermittent noise issues at 200 miles , I am now at 1k after using this product and my engine never sounded so quiet .REMARKBLE!
