I bought this lens mainly because I do my own film development and scanning. I use this macro lens and my Fuji xt1 or xpro2 for "scanning". Image quality is excellent, especially at apertures up to f/4-5.6. It's 100% manual so it's no good if you're trying to take a quick shot, but if you can take the time to set it up and choose your shot, you'll love the results. I mount it on my X-Pro2, it's a very tight fit, but on my X-T1 it fits like any other lens. Not sure why. But I mostly use it on my X-T1, so don't worry about changing that lens.
