The product is amazing. You will feel the taste of vegetables as if you tasted them for the first time! And other meat, fish and chicken are great! As for cleaning, it's hard to say. Getting it fairly clean isn't that hard, but it takes a bit more work to get it spotless. Apple cider vinegar helps a lot. However, the paperwork leaves a lot to be desired. For example, directions and cooking tips appear a bit lost or just vague at times in language translation. The warranty process is also quite shocking to be honest, stating that the product must be mailed to a Texas mailbox with what is supposed to be a blank check to pay for return shipping and handling. There was also no number to contact the company to inquire about the process or if anyone would like to purchase additional items or pens as these are not covered at all. But as far as I can tell you shouldn't have any problems other than the handles if you burn them or maybe the valves which are also the handles on the lids so be careful. All in all it's definitely worth it!
