Should be a 5 star rating. If not for damage in transit. One side panel had a broken plastic leg cover as well as large gaps between the wood planks (1/4 to 1/2 inch gaps). Luckily the tree didn't break. I was able to mend the gaps with wood putty and then applied Gorilla Glue to ensure it was waterproof. The plastic leg cover was super glued on as much as possible along with some missing parts. I will try not to move this item from its place otherwise the plastic leg may fall apart. This seller must understand that the goods may be dangerous upon delivery. Shipping damage aside, ITEM IS EXCELLENT, good size, made from cedar (dovetail together), easy assembly, tiled roof, covered porch, feet off the ground for comfort, easy to clean thanks to a raised roof for access to the sleeping area and removable floor. panels in the sleeping area (two dovetail panels as floor) and the price is right of course. I'm sure I've forgotten more, but this is a good dry house for your pet. Definitely recommend, despite shipping damage.
