I like the concept and the performance. The hinge is so tight that I ruined the star screws because it didn't open wide enough to allow access for installation. Mine is on the garage floor and the door is still locked. I can't use the Jeep until I have new bolts. Update: I installed an SRC Gen2 front bumper, matching rear bumper, side armor, HD Pivot replacement bracket and a Smittybilt 9500 winch. Tire carrier which I thought would take an hour took 2 days. The hinge does not open far enough to access all of the torx screws from the wing side of the hinge. I had to buy a metric tap and die to re-make the nuts on the nutplate and new, longer bolts. Once mounted on the bracket for the largest tire (I have 35 in stock with Frost), the hinge doesn't deviate much. enough to open the tailgate rear window. Buy a wheel spacer to accommodate them. There are parts that are not used and parts that are not mentioned in the instructions.
