Has stopped working - hardware

After installing the pinhole camera, I noticed that the motion detection function doesn't always take pictures. For example, when I come home, it doesn't always capture my image. Then after 3-4 months it stopped working. At the moment I want to return it and have called and emailed the GlobalEcom seller several times but still have not received a response from them. GlobalEcom somehow has a 100% customer satisfaction rating, which really surprises me since they haven't responded with 0% for a couple of weeks now.
