Functionally it works like all other pasta machines. However, there is absolutely no easy way to clean it. Following the instructions and wiping the car with a dry cloth just doesn't work. Pieces of dough not only get stuck in the two sides of the roller, but also in the two coasters. The photos show what it looks like inside after two uses. After first use, no matter how I tried to clean it, there were some things in the machine that rang when shaken. My son helped me take it apart because the ringing was just too annoying. And the sight was disgusting! Small, rusty pieces of dough caught in two baskets cannot be easily cleaned following the cleaning instructions! How can I continue to use it if I have to disassemble it for a thorough cleaning?
