The software is quite user-friendly. It's easy to learn how to use it and it offers many features which are very helpful for the management of a business. I can say it's my favorite. It has been used by our organization since more than 10 years and we have never had any type of complaint about it or issues with the performance. As mentioned above, the software is my favorite because of its simplicity and ease of using. I love how easy it is to use. It's so much better than our previous system. The customer service is great as well. They have been very helpful with any issues that we've had. There isn't anything that I dislike about this software. We are able to track customers, employees, and inventory all in one place. This has helped us save time. We can also easily send out emails to our customers.
