Review on 🔪 8 inch Thai Chef's Knife - Kiwi Brand Stainless Steel No. 21 by Aliana Brown

I have had one of these knives for almost two decades and am so delighted I have ordered a new one just to be sure always. I was surprised and pleased to find that the quality of the new one is the same as my old one. I almost always cut with this knife, even though I have a very expensive handle knife set. The only thing that's not perfect about it is that the handle finish isn't good enough to keep the wood fibers from rising. This doesn't bother me as I learned from the first that simply using a knife will flatten the handle over time. I still give it five stars because it's such an incredible purchase.
