Lobloo is the most efficient cup I've ever carried. It doesn't move at all when properly adjusted. It also offers enough mobility for kickboxing and I even forgot I was wearing it. I haven't hit a low blow since I bought it, but the device is thick and big enough that I don't doubt its defensive capability. A few minor annoyances for me that aren't enough to justify the downside are the video-required setup (at least for me) and the device is firm enough that removing the temp during toilet breaks is more uncomfortable than your regular mug. Again, the benefits of Lobloo far outweigh any of these fleeting inconveniences.
