There were no instructions in the packaging which in itself is not difficult to inflate the balloons, is it? There were many additional details that were unexpected. The balloons kept popping so at first I thought I might have inflated them with too much air so I made them smaller. The same thing. Good thing there were so many that losing the top 8 wasn't a problem for me. A birthday garland or string (whatever you want to call it) was difficult to maneuver simply because the maker threaded the ribbon. The price was reasonable because I don't think I could get an all inclusive cheaper anywhere else. There were a few extra parts that I didn't use. There were several rolls, as well as a sheet of balloon glue and a plastic needle. Two sets of "16" mylar balloons with two short plastic tubes that I couldn't figure out where to place. One item that was missing and that you might want to buy extra was the rose gold strap. There were so many balloons that the amount of ribbon needed was not taken into account. Overall it was good for me, you just have to know that you have to get a little creative to put it together.
