My time sheet was used by my previous employer so I did not have any training in this program however since then it has been updated several different ways which makes using your own data much easier! Not really anything that i dislike but sometimes after submitting hours you cannot find where things went wrong or if they were accepted/rejected ect..
There are also many features missing from some of our departments such as housekeeping etc., The main problem we faced at one point during rollover changes when trying to add new employees into payroll system there would be errors constantly occurring even though everything had loaded correctly before hand (even tried multiple computers). Also having issues entering overtime pay due too error messages popping up every few minutes about how late entry must occur within 15 minuttes prior otherwise will lose payment!! This issue could cause problems throughout all department especially those who run around like me very quickly making sure everyone get paid what's owed including OT I like that it has all of our accounts in one place so we can easily see where money goes, what needs paying etc.. The system isn't easy or intuitive once you have used other payroll packages but if your looking at this as just another tool then you will be fine! We are able solve issues quickly by using the live chat feature which works well over the weekend too (which some people don’t use).
