Some claim they have more energy, but I didn't feel more energetic. However, from the day I started taking them, my appetite dropped dramatically which helped me lose 8 pounds! One of my biggest problems was snacking and I commend them for helping me solve this problem. I can eat much smaller portions without still feeling hungry. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and their performance, especially for the price!
