Review on 🍞 Hamilton Beach 31190C: Large 6-Slice Stainless Steel Convection Toaster Oven with Rotisserie- Digital Display & Countertop Convenience by Christina Moreno

The oven heats up quickly, but you must use an oven thermometer to set the temperature accurately. I ordered a two-tier microwave oven, but right now the oven sits right above my old microwave/convection oven (which doesn't get hotter than 350 degrees, but still works like a microwave). I've tried it at different temperatures. , and it was easy to get the temperature I wanted with minor adjustments. The glass door didn't explode at 450 degrees, which I could only achieve with the baking setting ;) I haven't tried roasting yet (and haven't used the grill function yet). The coils are close front and back and seem a little far apart for frying, but I'll keep an open mind and find something to fry. For the price, I doubt you can beat this oven. So far I have only used it to bake cornbread in a cast iron pan, the cake is in my photo (9X13, this pan is suitable - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BT3T4QM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00 ?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and just a frying pan without long handles will do), a pound of bacon, biscuits, frozen meals, and while I didn't buy it to make toast, I made perfect toast with it. Everything I've tried so far has turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I plan on making shepherd's pie and some casseroles for the holidays, maybe a pie or two. Lasagna follows after a while. I'm a grumpy old man, but I'm not that grumpy on a full stomach. Glad I like to cook and bake. I will enjoy this oven and the food that comes out of it. It's worth the price.
