Review Updated: Support sent me a replacement that works fine. I really want this company to be successful and I hope they simplify the customer service process by eliminating the steps. (As well as quality control.) This new unit worked very well. First review: Paid an electrician to install the plug, got the grizzle, wired and installed the 32 amp pins. Fatal failure after fatal failure. All the phone support does is for you to submit the form (it could have been an online form, but it's a PDF). I think this leads you into a kind of unknown void because there was silence and no acknowledgment or help for several days.
