. I ended up getting tired of waiting for it to be back in stock and decided to look for an alternative. I ended up buying these and I'm so glad there wasn't any fresh produce back then, otherwise I wouldn't have found this pan/brand. This muffin tin is very high quality and the structure isn't just a gimmick - it's really useful. The texture makes it that much nicer to put in and take out of the oven and the silicone has a much higher gloss which makes things come out clean when it slightly sticks to the sides of another baking pan. I just made gluten free zucchini muffins and mini loaves and the muffins came out perfectly clean while the mini loaves from the fresh dish were sticking to the sides even after stretching the edges to allow the loaves to separate I'm actually thinking about Passing on my other silicone muffin tin and replacing it with things from Trudeau, especially my loaf tin that sticks out on the sides when filling. If, like me, you do thorough research on things before you buy them, don't be fooled by the other good reviews many other companies have. It's real, and Trudeau, if you've never heard of it before, is a quality brand you can trust, not the cheap imitation Revain is packed with.
