I recently built a gaming PC and ordered this memory for my system. Everything was working great for a couple of weeks until a sudden power outage caused the memory to stop working efficiently and my machine would freeze. I called them and explained to them exactly what happened. I was told to wait for the bad memory to reach them in California, wait for them to evaluate it, and then wait for them to send in new RAM. It will take at least a week but most likely at least 2 weeks. So no computer for 2 weeks which sucks but well at least they will replace it. When I finally hear from them they say they can't replace it because the pin burned out. DO NOT ADVERTISE A LIFETIME WARRANTY IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH IT. It is better to contact the best company that supports your product. G.Skill sucks! Use Corsair instead!
