Review on Knirps 889 100 Xtreme Duomatic Umbrella by Tara Gardner

I had one for a while and was happy with it, but high winds in midtown Manhattan had other ideas. It's too heavy so the stock and fabric are fine in high winds, but the stock will flex at the junction with the handle unless you hold the middle of the stock with your other hand for extra support. But even then it sometimes flexes a bit, which I found with the free one I got thanks to the warranty after the first one broke. When this bend happens the wing will not close or open anymore and is useless, not recommended at all for strong wind areas, otherwise it's a good wing.
