Don't Do IT for my opinion

Purchased this product in July 2010 within 12 months it was completely dry rotted, replaced under warranty with a $25.00 upgrade to get the Tyvack top, well 14 months later it has again dry rotted. Called ADCO they said warranty was only good for one replacement. If you live in the south, do not buy this product!
