Not quite 1/0. Very thin wire. Almost isolation.
Not true 1/0. More like 2AWG. His height is deceptive and I'm not sure if he really was 15 feet tall. Was shorter and slightly thicker than my 4 AWG. If I had known copper is so thin I would have bought something else. It's not cheap, but it's not good quality either. Buy something else if you want a real 1/0.
