Very good pliers for the money. Very happy. I prefer this 6 sided version 4 for most uses. This crimping tool is ideal for the wire sizes listed. For those who say it's too small, I can only assume that you are either NOT using ferrules (e.g. trying to use it as a standard wire crimp which does NOT work) or you have insanely large ferrules . Let me get this straight - these are for the little tabs that go to the end of the wire to ensure a better connection in screw terminals - typically used in switch boxes or panels (and sometimes switch boxes if stranded wire is used). It's a great tool and does exactly what it was designed to do. - Crimp terminals - no frills.
