I like that it is easy to set up, has an intuitive interface for the user (even non-techies can figure out how this works), allows you to create rules without having to have someone else in your organization help/train you. The cost factor needs improvement as some people are willing to pay more than others at different levels which may be hard to manage or keep track off. We use KePro to organize our employees insurance benefits. It helps us by allowing all claims information available under one roof so we don't need to manually pull everything together from multiple sources.
