I like that it is easy to use, has many features for my needs as an RN in homecare/hospice setting but also allows me flexibility when working from different locations or times through out day. It can be difficult at first getting used too all its tools (especially if you are not familiar wtih them). It's easy to navigate and has all my information in one place. I like that the system is very user friendly. There are some glitches, such as when I click on an appointment it will not let me go back to add more info or change the date/time. The scheduler also doesn't always work properly - if you select "next month" rather than "today," then next month shows up for appointments that were scheduled today! The user interface is really easy to navigate, allowing for my nurse navigator or other physician staff member(s) quick access when needed! There are also many additional fields that can be added during an assignment/assessment process in order make it easier than ever before (i am using this now at work). I like that it is easy to set up, has an intuitive interface for the user (even non-techies can figure out how this works), allows you to create rules without having to have someone else in your organization help/train you. The cost factor needs improvement as some people are willing to pay more than others at different levels which may be hard to manage or keep track off.
