It's easy to navigate and has all my information in one place. I like that the system is very user friendly. There are some glitches, such as when I click on an appointment it will not let me go back to add more info or change the date/time. The scheduler also doesn't always work properly - if you select "next month" rather than "today," then next month shows up for appointments that were scheduled today! Try them out first before making any money decisions. This program helps keep track of patient visits, doctor appointments, insurance claims, etc., so we can easily see where our patients need additional help managing their own medical conditions.
