I received this product on Friday for my daughter's birthday. On Saturday she opened it excitedly and in a few minutes everything was ready to play. That's when we realized something wasn't right. The sound was crap! It was hard to believe because my brother has the exact same speaker and loves it. So we played around with it and realized something was wrong, so we picked up the Revain order and found the item in the box was what we thought was Charge 3, but it was some crappy stuff like speaker forgery. The difference in the duffle was in the logos and when my brother brought his in it was very clear on the switch. It made a great day feel like I'd been robbed so I put that scrap price back in the box. When you buy, first open it and take a good look at it.
