So far this seems like a great addition to our kitchen: a nice, solid, non-stick pan with a keep-cool handle. REALLY glad we read the care instructions first and learned that it needs to be pre-heated (!) before you turn your burner to high and never on without something in it (oil will suffice). With proper care, it seems like it should last. Only criticism: this is a steep-sided pan, so it's not truly an "egg pan" (hard to flip eggs without breaking the yolks). Otherwise, would give it 5 stars because I think it's a good, quality pan.
